The dust jacket is intact. There is some shelf wear/rubbing to edges/ends and corners. There are some smaller tears and creases to the edges. A more moderate couple of tears have been repaired with archival tape to prevent further injury.
The hardcover beneath has been well preserved. It is intact with a vey little amount of shelf wear (rubbing) to edges, ends and corners. Some crushing to ends of spine and bumping to corners. The gold embossing on the spine remains intact and legible.
The page margins (seen when book is closed) are clean.
Inside:
The binding is firm and intact.
Inside the front and back covers is clean.
The pages are clean and intact.
