Refund policy

Returns

We are happy to take returns and issue refunds within 14 days of arrival if the item is not up to expectations, but we will need photos and some kind of description of the issue.

Please remember these books are pre-loved and will have some kind of wear and tear to them. Our Quality Assurance Officer Scabs has written a description on each item and provided many photographs of each book to assist with your choice. 

We will not accept refunds based on change of mind or for faults already described.
