Book Content:
Blurb (Taken from the Preface) -
"All textbooks on abnormal behaviour typically combine two general aspects of behaviour disorders: the psychopathological aspect of causes and mechanisms revealed by theory and research, and the clinical aspect of assessment and treatment. Although this book is no exception, its title, 'Psychopathology', suggests a major focus on the causes and mechanisms of abnormal behaviour. In keeping with current theory and research in psychopathology, we give special emphasis to genetics, neurology, and neuropsychology when warrened by the evidence, but try to couch the material at a level accessible to students with little or no background in these fields".
