Acceptable read condition. Cover has some wear around edges and to corners (rubbing, curling). There are a couple of superficial creases in the cover and mild scuffing. There is the remainder of an adhesive price tag on the right top corner on the front cover. Binding is firm. Pages 272-294 have creasing to the top corner however this is aesthetic and does not impact the closing or turning of pages. Pages have some mild yellowing.
