The hardcover is in an acceptable condition. The book has been covered in a plastic wrap/cover (adhered to the inside of the cover with sticky tape), which has provided some level of protection. The plastic cover remains institu but itself is not in good condition. There is still shelf wear/rubbing to extremities (ends/edges/corners). There is some crushing/bumping to edges/corners. There is a small tear in the cloth between the spine and rear cover as pictured. Embossing on spine is faded but remains legible.
The page margins (seen when book is closed) are discoloured with some foxing as pictured.
Inside:
The binding is firm and intact in that it remains functional. There are some sections of the book in which the pages have separated revealing the netting beneath, but the pages/sections themselves are not loose.
Inside the front and back covers is marked due to the use of sticky tape to hold the plastic cover in place, as pictured. There is some tanning.
The pages are intact and relatively clean given age and the overall condition of the book. Occasional spots of age/foxing/discolouration.
Don't forget to check the photos below for a visual and make sure you are happy prior to purchase. Happy to answer questions if there is information missing.
