The binding is firm and intact.
Inside the front and back covers is clean, with some yellow staining and a few spots of foxing.
The pages are clean and intact. There is some mild discolouration. To the top of the pages there seems to be a pattern of superficial creases to the corners and a couple of pages that have some chips/little tears to the top edge as pictured.

She Stoops to Conquer is a comedic play that was first performed in 1773. It is the story of a woman of rich birth, who pretends to be a normal, hard-working woman, in order to win over the man of her desires.
